1. Fill the Application Form with the signature and send by fax or email to the Show Committee (Allen@chinagolfshow.com Fax： 86-10- 8586 5735)；
2. Within 3 Workdays after receiving the Application Form, the Organizing Committee will send “Booths Agreement”with the committee’s stamp to the address on your Application Form；
3、The Exhibitor should stamp the Agreement and send it to the Committee within 5 workdays, meanwhile pay 30% of the booth fee as deposit according to the stipulation of the Agreement；
4、The Committee will reserve the applied booths during the period, and send the “Booths Confirmation” within 3 days after receiving the deposit；
5、The booth fee should be paid punctually according to the contract, the Committee keep the rights to cancel exhibitors’ booth application if payment is delayed, and no deposit will be returned；
6. The Committee reserves its right to modify the distribution of the exhibition booth or space；
7. The principle of the booth distribution is based on "first-come-first-service"；
8. After exhibitors remit the cost, please fax the Bank Money Order to the Committee, and note “China Golf Show Booth Fee”on it；
9. After receiving the Application Form and booth fee, the Committee will send to exhibitor the Exhibition Manuel；
10. Any exhibitor has no right to transfer reserved exhibition booth or space, no refund if so；
11. All fakes are forbidden to the Show；

Remarks：If extra work hours needed，please apply in advance and pay relevant cost according to the regulations of the Exhibition Center.
